1. Services Provided

Dube Web & Digital Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") provides professional B2B web design, website hosting, and digital services as described on our website. All services are provided to business clients under contract or invoice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of projects. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• Web design projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
• Hosting services are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered website design and content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Dube Web & Digital Solutions operates.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
